Dr. Beth has a passion for treating the pediatric/perinatal populations while still being able to provide care for the entire family. In addition, she has received additional training in nutrition and is excited to assist people as they transform their health! Dr. Beth is passionate about eating real food and maximizing health through whole food nutrition. Her thought process involving food and diet is informed by the GAPS diet, Weston A. Price Foundation, Paleo diet, and experiential learning in the laboratory of her own life and body. Each person has his/her own unique dietary needs, however that the foundation for optimal health is always built upon a diet consisting of real, whole foods, and engaging in generous amounts of physical activity and regular stress relieving practices. Dr. Beth is happy to discuss elements of your wellness lifestyle with you!

Dr. Beth graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C) degree and B.S. in human biology from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. She is originally from LaCrosse, Wisconsin but while attending chiropractic school, Minnesota grew on her and she chose to stay in the land of 10,000 lakes.

While at Northwestern, she also began a certification program with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) in Prenatal and Pediatric Chiropractic care above and beyond what is taught at the basic DC level. Dr. Beth is continuing this educational pursuit in an attempt to provide the best possible care to expectant mothers and children. She thoroughly enjoys working with pregnant women during this very exciting and transformational period in their lives.
In her spare time, Dr. Beth enjoys cooking, baking, fishing, snowboarding, reading and spending time with her husband, Nate; young son, Mason, and dog, Killian.
