Regenesys Anti-Aging and MediSPA

Dr. Michael Hart was born in St. John's, Newfoundland. From early beginnings Mike participated in numerous athletic activities, including competitive ice hockey. At the age of 14 he was introduced to weight training and quickly developed a passion for both the sport and its inherent affinity for helping people feel better about themselves through the promotion of health and well being.

In September of 2002, Mike began studying nutritional biochemistry at Memorial University and completed his degree in 2006. After completing his undergraduate degree he obtained his Medical degree at Saba School of Medicine in the Netherlands Antilles from 2006-2010. In 2010, Mike began his family medicine residency at the Univeristy of Western Ontario Schulich School of Medicine and completed the program in 2012.

In addition to his strenuous academic training, Mike persistently sought out the latest breakthroughs in nutrition and fitness literature applying it to his knowledge and practice base. He is constantly in pursuit of becoming the fittest and healthiest person that he can possibly be and feels that his passion can translate into better care for his patients.

When he's not in the clinic, you can find him lifting weights at the gym, playing ice hockey or kickboxing. His favorite athlete is UFC champion Georges St. Pierre and he's known as a die-hard Chicago Blackhawks fan.

Family Physician, Lifestyle Medicine, Anti-aging, Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.

The goal of the Regenesys bio-identical hormone therapy is much different than that of any other medical clinic. Our focus is not the treatment of disease because our program will not only address declining levels of hormones, but provide a comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plan that will improve your overall quality of life.

During my academic career as medical student and resident-physician, I was frustrated with the lack of emphasis on nutrition, preventive medicine and the overall well-being of the patient. The harsh reality is that most medical doctors are not well trained in the subjects of nutrition, exercise and alternative health.
Throughout my academic training, my goal was to discover natural methods through diet manipulation and exercise to prevent and treat disease. I am constantly in pursuit of becoming the healthiest most fit person that I possibly can I feel that my passion can translate into better care for my patients.
