Complete Care Chiropractic

My name is Dr. Nathan K. Lauenstein (Dr. Nate). I have been working in the "health" care field since I was 18 years old when I started as a Medic in the US Army. While I was in medical lab technician school I had an interesting chat with a Doctor of Chiropractic and my life has never been the same. Shortly after deciding I would become a chiropractor I was mobilized with my Army Reserve Unit to Fort Bliss. One night I was assigned to staff duty with one of the lab officers and he began talking to me about crossfit. Since that day the worlds of chiropractic and crossfit have been weaving themselves into my life. While at Palmer I became increasingly committed to crossfit and to living congruently with the human genome. I really amped up my efforts when I got another committed crossfit partner - who is another Paleo Physician (Dr. Michael Jones). I moved to Australia after chiropractic school for a new adventure and a great experience in a new land.

I have recently begun the only post graduate wellness certification program available. It is the Certified Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner (C.C.W.P.) program designed by Dr. James Chestnut and accredited by the International Chiropractors Association. This program focuses on chiroractic care and the scientific validation for evaluation and treatment of the vertebral subluxation complex as well as innate nutrition and eating based on our genetic needs, innate physical fitness and the need for movement, and finally the wellness state of mind. This patented "Eat Well, Move Well, Think Well," program is changing lives all over the world and I am excited to be a part of it. I will complete my training with Dr. Chestnut in September and shoulde recieve my CCWP certification by the end of the year. Following that, I am committed to completing my crossfit level one certification during the first half of 2012. With this education my specialty will be focusing on the only human disease that exists - cellular dysfunction and treating the human organism rather than the disease to maximize the patients ability to adapt to their environment and live free of illness!
