Always an active kid Chiropractic seemed natural. Understanding the body works as an integrated machine, to be health requires us to eat well, think well and move well. Using an array of manual techniques and rehabilitation, Nicholas also incorporates coaching and motivating his clients on nutrition (paleo specifically) and functional exercise to improve their health.

Being a State and National Karate Champion Nicholas leads active lifestyle and enjoys the benefits of a paleo lifestyle.
