Banks and Dade Family Chiropractors

Linda’s hobby is health and her passion is helping her patients improve their health and reclaim their vitality and zest for life.
She graduated from Macquarie University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Masters in Chiropractic. She has also completed many post graduate courses to expand her knowledge in chiropractic technique, specialist nutrition and kinesiology to further assist her patients with their health goals.
After the birth of her first child in 1991, Linda found herself suffering from extreme exhaustion, fatigue and depression. It was a chiropractor who helped her reclaim her health and four years later she found herself enrolled at Macquarie Uni, on the way to becoming a chiropractor herself.
With her partner Mark Banks and daughter Rachell, the Great Lakes has been home since 2006.
Linda prefers to practice using low force techniques and such as Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Activator Technique, NeuroEmotional Technique for stress reductionand Kinesiology.
She also loves to educate about health, her weekly column in the local newspaper ‘Simply Great Health’ is part of the plan and she is available to speak on a variety of ‘health related’ topics.

Always interested in health, Linda has always embraced an active, healthy lifestyle. Prior to graduating as a chiropractor she was regarded as the kooky one, choosing the healthy alternative when it came to nutrition and heading to Health Farms for holidays, dragging friends and family along. She has travelled and worked in many exotic locations and is now very happily settled and spreading the health message in Forster, NSW, Australia.
