Performance Care - Chiropractor and A.R.T Provider

Graduated in 2010 from Macquarie University with Masters in Chiropractic. Currently the head of Sports Medicine at Lindfield Rugby Union Club on Sydney's Lower North Shore. Working at Performance Care in Crows Nest allows me to provide optimal strategies to maximize movement and function with Active Release and chiropractic with a focus on paleo nutrition gives the body all that it needs to thrive.

Background

I played high level representative baseball for 10 years then tried my hand with distance running, regular globo gym training programs and other generalist activities. In late 2009 I found CrossFit and paleo nutrition, this changed my approach to training and health completely. I still train at a CrossFit gym 2-3x week with a strength bias and do interval sprints either running in vibrams or swimming in the the ocean. Nutrition is the cornerstone of my day, I can't think of a healthier way to live a full and rewarding lifestyle than with a paleo focus.
