I discovered self-empowerment while working on my own health road blocks. Those road blocks included gluten sensitivity, migraines, mold exposure, binge alcohol consumption and a profound lack of mindfulness and purpose in life. With deep commitment and an open mind I became empowered to make positive changes. I started biohacking. My process of self-improvement is still a work in progress. I don't see myself on a path to a particular goal. Instead I see the path as the goal. I know that if I'm moving the needle in the right direction I'm doing the right thing.
