Larimer Chiropractic & Wellness
I could introduce myself with a boring list of where I went to school, where I was born, my pet’s name and my favorite color (It’s green, by the way). Instead, I’d like to share a quick story about how I decided to become a chiropractor and how that impacts you.
Headaches. Every day.
From the ages of 15 to 21, I was plagued with chronic headaches. High school and much of college were miserable for me because I was always hurting. In my last year of college, while at a dentist appointment, my dentist said, “I know a chiropractor that I’d like you to see. I think he could really help you.” I didn’t know much about chiropractors, but I reluctantly decided to give it a try. I was truly desperate for help.
I can’t tell you how glad I am that I decided to go. Within 2 weeks I was down to 1 or 2 headaches per week. That was already a huge improvement that greatly improved my quality of life. Things continued to improve, and to this day I only get headaches very rarely (mostly when I do something silly, like not getting enough sleep). WOW! As a 21 year old kid, this blew my mind. What amazed me even more was that the chiropractor was not just interested in getting rid of my symptoms, but also in helping me improve my overall health and wellbeing. He talked to me about exercise, worked with me to clean up my diet, and helped me understand how important it is to have strategies to deal with stress. He put me on the path to wellness that I’m still pursuing today.
That’s why I became a chiropractor and that’s why I do what I do. I want to help people like I was helped. I want to help you not only leave your pain behind, but also help you improve every aspect of your health so you can live the life you truly want. My goal is nothing short of improving our community – one healthy person at a time.
