I'm a family physician that enjoys optimizing health and preventing disease through nutrition and exercise. I've followed a paleodiet since 2011 and have enjoyed better physical and mental health. I've also been able to help people figure out there own metabolism, lose weight, reverse Type 2 Diabetes, and fix high blood pressure. This is really a lot of fun for me.
