Heather Moday, M.D.

I am a conventionally trained medical doctor who saw the light several years ago and completely changed my practice and how I practice medicine. I was trained in Internal Medicine and Allergy and Immunology and practiced as an allergist for many years. I myself had always been more interested in healing with foods and lifestyle and eschewed using medication. I trained as an endurance athlete and completed many triathlons and then discovered CrossFit and the Paleo lifestyle in 2011. I knew my practice of medicine was not in line with what I believed in and what I practiced, so I spent the next several years studying Integrative Medicine and Functional Medicine. In March 2015, I opened up my own practice, the Moday Center for Functional and Integrative Medicine, that embraces the Paleo lifetsyle and the approach of Functional Medicine.
