Rachel is a Holistic Health Coach and Certified Gluten Practitioner. She helps chronically ill women recover their health and navigate life’s challenges so they can feel radiant again.
As a mold illness survivor and chronic illness expert, she serves as a knowledgeable guide for those seeking to overcome mysterious or complex health issues related to mold biotoxin illness, autoimmune disease, gluten-related disorders, thyroid dysfunction, and adrenal fatigue.
As someone who has personally overcome these health challenges, she understands the toll that illness has on one’s life. As a holistic health coach, it is her goal to save women the time, money, energy, and heartache that she wishes someone had spared her. With dedicated time and attention, she helps women determine the appropriate testing, diet, supplement, and lifestyle changes needed to restore their health.
Rachel received her Master of Arts degree in Spiritual Formation from George Fox in 2009. In 2015, she completed completed her certification as a Certified Gluten Practitioner and has since completed additional training from Hashimoto's Institute and Holistic Nutrition Lab. She is continuing her education at Institute of Transformational Nutrition and is working towards becoming board certified in Holistic Nutrition by August 2016.
With a background in spiritual formation, she uses a holistic approach that focuses on the whole person, empowering women with the physical, emotional, and spiritual coping skills and strategies they need to achieve lasting wellness. Her mission is to support, educate, empower, and motivate women so that they know they are not alone, they matter, there is hope, and they are loved.
