I am a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. To further my knowledge of food and nutrition, I am currently pursuing a Graduate degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.
I have used Paleo eating to control my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and hope to teach others to do the same.
