Grace Steinley, DC, CSCS

Dr. Steinley has made it her priority to understand soft tissue and to know how to diagnose soft tissue problems. She integrates pertinent information gathered in the history and exam to form a "story" about your injury. The appropriate treatments for your specific injury are applied. As your treatment progresses, she incorporates strength exercises, stability training, stretches, and ergonomic advice into the treatment process to prevent recurrences. As important as direct treatment to an injury is, the indirect that comes from dietary and lifestyle choices is critical for recovery. Dr. Steinley includes dietary and lifestyle recommendations within the treatment plan to help you move towards optimal health.
