Lee Poston

Lee has a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy specializing in Spine and Sports Medicine. He is one of only a few hundred in the world with a Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy(MDT) of the Spine and Extremities. He owns Therapeutic Associates of Maui, a physical therapy clinic, with offices in Kahului and Lahaina, Maui.

Lee comes to Maui by way of Tennessee where he grew up playing football, baseball, and basketball. Since 1997 he’s been a member of Hawaiian Canoe Club winning numerous county and state titles while also competing in three World Sprint Championships. Being active has always been part of Lee’s life, and he believes in the benefits of CrossFit’s high intensity workouts. His knowledge of the body combined with his lifelong commitment to fitness makes Lee a highly skilled and informed trainer who is able to personalize workouts for all fitness levels.

When not running his clinics and Maui CrossFit Extreme, Lee can be found paddling, hiking, and following sports (particularly the SEC Football). Lee lives in Wailuku with his wife Michelle and their son Buddy.
